Fulham have made a second, renewed bid for Arsenal attacking midfielder Emile Smith Rowe this evening, worth a reported andamp;pound;38 million plus andamp;pound;2.5 million in add-ons. The England international appeared in only 13 Premier League games last season and 12 in the campaign prior to that, and will now be allowed to leave the Emirates for a new challenge elsewhere.
