Bournemouth have pulled off a major coup in signing Amine Adli from Bayer Leverkusen in a deal worth approximately andamp;pound;25.1 million, and will offer a replacement for Dango Ouattara who left to join Brentford earlier in the transfer window. Amine Adli is 25-years-old and is the club’s 7th signing of the summer period.

Arsenal forward Kai Havertz sustained a knee injury at the end of the Gunners’ 1-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford, and will be out for a lengthy spell. Havertz also picked up a serious injury last season, and this newest setback will leave him on the sidelines for between 8-12 weeks.

Having missed out on a deal to sign Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace, as the winger appears to have opted to join Arsenal, Tottenham are short of an attacking midfielder and have decided that Southampton player Tyler Dibling is the preferred option. Spurs missed out on Eze as chairman Daniel Levy was unable to agree a fee with Palace, leaving Tottenham looking to sign Dibling as an alternative.
