Chelsea have concluded a deal with Brighton and Hove Albion to sign Julio Enciso in a deal worth around andamp;pound;22 million, as the 21-year-old and the Paraguayan will sign a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge, and the player is expected to move on loan to Strasbourg for the remainder of the 2025-26 season. Enciso spent last season on loan at Ipswich Town in the Premier League and had been informed that he was free to leave Brighton.
